He may not even be aware of his time management "secrets". i suspect they involve a "Get on it, and learn as you go" sort of approach. When I do that approach, I am amazed at how fast I can learn new skills.

Agreed with you 100%, you are beautiful. Your idea of life is simplified peace that frees me, I was always taking care of everyone, and when I was down nobody was there. But that makes me stronger to be alone. It's better, more peaceful than ever, and a totally different new world that is lucky enough to taste true freedom and peaceful life until the END.

Markus, is not only truly gifted individual but, he also shares his knowledge on health without the fear of any government intervention. Which surprises me because every pharmaceutical and crooked politician would try to shut him down by now. I hope he will continue to make these health videos that so many people love. I know you don't read this but after watching this I just wanted to say thank you...
I worked with Markus for a few years in the 90s and he is exactly who you see here. His studio was full of amazing spacecraft miniatures for a movie project he was trying to make happen. His apartment was modeled to look like the interior of a Mayan temple with hanging plants and faux carved stonework. There were fountains and the place even smelled like you were in the deep jungle. Amazingly smart and clever guy.

I've learned that there are amazing things about our home here on earth if you allow yourself to search for them. I think we can get distracted looking into the rearview mirror of our life or thinking way too much about the what if of the future and not remember how the only thing that matters is now. And, that is how I imagine heaven will be. This epiphany has been life changing. When we allow ourselves to to live in the present and take it all in there are no longer guilts and regrets about what could of been or anxiousness about what may or may not happen in the future. I believe this is how our trueness becomes our legacy. Sending you best wishes...

From the very first video I saw you sharing about the small portable Stella light, I knew you were someone special. I didn’t know you were famous or had accomplished so many things, But you had a I don’t give a shit attitude I’m just sharing what I know. You didn’t flaunt your wealth and you were not arrogant at all. I am very inspired by you and your story and I completely watched that video on the Stella light at least 10 times! I didn’t go with the Stella light because of the expensive price so I did buy two aperture lights which you were completely right. They are too damn heavy to carry around and they just stay inside when I record my UA-cam videos. Thank you so much Mark for sharing your story. I am completely aware that everything is unknown and only God knows. I am so happy that you donate 10%. I don’t know if you were Christian or not but I’m sure God is in your heart somewhere! I've been suffering from a pinched nerve for the past 5 years. 2 yrs ago replaced 2 cervical disc in my spine and nothing has changed.
I have a small channel+ a struggling hot sauce company. I sometimes give up but my gf has been my rock. I'm still struggling with depression to keep fighting.
