    Pranam, Very Useful One. A person with knee joint pain , should do Bajrasana , Marjery Asana or not . Thank You !

      Yes can do modified version of them. For example using pillow for bajrasana and folded blanket under knees in marjarri asan 🙏

    To get rid of the gastric problem & related back pain should we do these practice daily ? Or else on alternate days ?
    I use take coffee daily 2 to 4 cups , whether this cause gastric ? Reply sir,

      Yes you should practice it daily. And drinking much coffee indeed can cause discomfort so try to cut down on coffee intake 🙌
