Fists of Fire does convert your physical Damage to Fire Damage so no Leeching off that. Blades of Ice + Claws of Thunder could therefore the be the better choice here
I would only use FoF to burst act bosses. Otherwise I tend to use 3 TS, 3 CS, 3 BoI and then either 3 CoT, 3 PS or 1 CoT, 2 PS depending on whether I need the added safety from the frozen orb.
I play offline. I had an LK map that gave me Greater Talons off a rack. After 5k runs I found a few nice claw bases with 3 Phoenix strikes with other skills. So I decided to make a mosaic assassin. Spec traps till 60 then switched to mosaic and what a fun play through. I went from 1-92 all on P8 with ease. Never died once few close calls with dolls since they are hard to see with the animations but definitely worth the runes.
Started this build in S6, enough trades to accumulate 2x gul + 2x mal and found 2 claws with 1 useful skill. Even just using the claws and nothing else the build is crazy strong and pops anything it can get near. Really is insane how they let this into the game and decided not to nerf it in any real way.
Good build guide! I've got a very similar setup. A few things to note, claws of fire converts your physical dmg to fire so you won't benefit from the leach, so I don't use it. Also claws of thunder can override phoenix strike due to next hit delay so the 1st charge is the better choice. I also found for increased mobility, I used a harmony act 1 merc and it solves the issue of not finding enemies in time to keep your charges up.

But when sometimes Shenk gets way too eager with the fire and my machine crashes. Read on forum card need to be below 70 bla bla bla fans this bla bla set it to that and forget about it. Never played assassin as it does not interest me. Long story short assassin joins my chaos run today with enigma. Building up charges.. Initial blast.. after it my game machine semi froze.. next blast.. game crashes😂😂😂😂😂 I got it fixed now settings wise and build an assassin offline with budget gear not enigma and my goodness fireworks galore I'm addicted. Staring my assassin build online as we speak been looking around what I have and can't wait to property learn to play before enigma. Even if I get enigma before I want to finish without it.
Not needed but you can use it since you can stack all charges. Together with Cobrastrike you will have more leech due to higher physical damage. Doesnt work in combination with Fists of Fire because that converts your damage into Fire. For Leveling Id max FoF first then CoT and Phoenix Strike. But the build only really shines with Mosaic Runeword

Sorry I cannot say - I have not much experience with ubers, I dont like ubers tbh would be interesting to find out the minimum build for it. But you should be good to go if you already have the wealth of 2x mosaic
there is like an open discussion whether to go for a speed that gives you 3fpa or 4 fpa (frames per attack) on your kick. I wouldn't worry as much because the build is bonkers anyways - but if you want to min/max it then you might look into that. Any elite Claw will do for that matter. What is more important in my opinion is decent staff mods like +Phoenix Strike +Claws of Thunder etc. and low dex req if possible
I did a mockup build offline with just normal claws with 3 socket no plus skills. Trech, Andy, goreriders, highlords, raven, carrion for life leach, laying of hands. Plus cta that I forgot to use. As I was overwhelmed with how the build worked and what to build up but once I started to figure out it was hell on earth. I have started my online build now.....

It's not too bad. I managed to find a life, ele skiller from act 1 and eventually traded up to dual mosaic. I think plenty of people will be selling them soon too, because it's a bit of a high maintenance build that people will get sick of.

Your skill tree is completely out to lunch as for the most viable way to build this.

You don't need ar very much. The finisher kick always hits so just need to get charges off of low level mobs then wreck everywhere.

It's not bad considering the fury you unleash. It's very cheap op runeword even in gear with no skills added. It's insane
