One thing I’ve learned is pronation strength is more about being able to keep it static and not losing it in a match than using pronation dynamically. As I progress in Devon’s lift with good form it directly translates to the table as a posting toproller. I use dynamic pronation exercises with belt on cable machine for blood flow
That`s exactly what Rino suggested in one of his videos.Being able to keep your ``Hammer`` position is crucial. He uses dynamic pronator exercises just as healing process and blood flow,as You pointed out. Good stuff.
I'm now 44 years old. I used to armwreste my dad growing up and back in the day I armwrestled in pubs for pots. I used destroy almost everyone but I have no idea what I was doing or why because I haven't armwrestled anyone for almost twenty years. I'm big now but I was small then. I have a feeling that the young weak me would destroy the old strong me now.
