Wow! So different than the previous video on reasons not to buy. The Leeds Certification? Who benefits from it if you've previously stated that residents feel the heat coming off the glass and into their condos? Views? yeah, I like getting the view of the other tower as my only view. It has to happen to someone. Oh, yeah I forgot that I can pay seriously more money for a better view. Can I sell the support beams running through condos as an artistic perk? Or the fact that there no windows to open because only central air runs through the building? Is that the cost required for a LEEDS certification? And let's not discuss the tinting. Not discuss the valet only parking. While I loved the negative UA-cam review of this building, I had a hunch that you were burning professional bridges by ripping the VEER apart. I think you were brutally honest in that video, and it will probably cost you business down the line. You have my respect for that. But in the future, just give one video stating both good points and negatives. This video was a surprise in light of last one on VEER. You got balance out the debate, but there's less convincing on this one. Btw love the computer work on viewing the entire neighborhood.
I have to show both sides there is good and bad in each tower. It’s a give and take. I have found through years of real estate as long as I give people the facts to the best of my knowledge then they can make the decision that’s right for them.
I used to live at Veer but moved out because 1) no balconies 2) can't open the windows 3) mandatory valet parking 4) traffic is bad on the weekends 5) noise from nearby clubs like Marqee Day Club. 6) the larger units are extremely expensive. Otherwise, it's a cool place to live. I puslrchased a large condo at Panorama Towers. I'm much happier there because i dont have problems 1 thru 6.

Great breakdown on quality of life for each tower!
Didn't you post a video on 5 reasons not to buy in the Veer towers?
Yup I have to show both sides of the coin.
Movie theater? I call that a TV room.
Big screen, big chairs, can be pitch black ✅ 🤔
who the heck wants to live on the strip? traffic noise and morons everywhere
is the modern look why the kitchens are so funky lol
too minimalist for me lol
The ugliest building I have ever seen, especially for those in the adjacent buildings that have to look at it out their window.
Is it because they are yellow or because they look 👀 to be falling over? Lol
@@TheBrokerLife Yellow is the problem. I don't mind the falling over look so much, although I don't particularly love it either.
