This is out of the User/Installation Manual that can be downloaded from the Rheem website. I have the remote control on my unit. not sure how others are controlled Title of the section is: Error 88 Clearing When a tankless water heater has a certain number of hours of combustion, error code “88” is shown on the remote control. It is highly recommended to perform water heater maintenance activities such as flushing the heat exchanger and/or replacing the water treatment filter (if applicable). After these maintenance activities are made, follow the steps below in order to clear error code “88”. 1.)Turn on the remote control. 2.)Turn off the gas and water to the water heater by closing the shut-off valves. 3.)Press the DOWN adjustment button repeatedly until the lowest setting temperature shows in the LED display. 4.)Press and hold the DOWN and UP adjustment button for 5 to 10 seconds. 5.)Turn on the gas and water to the water heater by opening the shut off valves. Note: If error code "88" is still shown, repeat steps 1 through 5 above.

Turnberry Tower: There are 8 unit per floor in each building. Each elevator shaft serves either odd or even (so one serves unit 4 odds, the other serves 4 evens …. But 8 units total on each floor)

I love Sky I have a few friends that live in there! This unit is so small. My clothes itself 😩

Washer & Dryer tip at the end is a really good point. Last time I was in Vegas I had to go to a laundromat (which was actually an interesting experience lol) but if you have to do that its like 2-3 hours out of your day minimum.

Resident at TTE. I want to mention the security. To get in you need to get pass not only the gate + boon barrier, but there is a security person. The walls around the property are double fenced with the back one at about 8 feet. The auto glass doors are locked after 6pm. Once in, there is no way to the units except the key fob, the fire escape stairs do not open from the lobby side. Also, the key fob ONLY accesses the floor your unit is on. The front desk, valet and gate employees are 24/7. Ive never seen better security anywhere.

Loved the video, Ive lived here 3 years. Some opinions. 1. Yes, but many, many ways around this. 2. That guy is Cooper, he was always in front of TT and spent the nights there. Nice guy, spoken to him, but he's been gone over 1 year now. Other than Coop, that area on Karen has almost no foot traffic. Maybe some joggers. 3. Im hoping something is built! Shold increase value and also something to walk to nearby. Not worried about view, there is a decent distace here (unlike Two Turnberry Place and the Fountainbleu parking structure....horrible!) 4. I go to Smiths every week. It is a bit sketchy, mostly with beggars, but Ive never had an issue in over 3+ years. 5. Firstly, it wasn't a resident. It was the son-in-law of a resident whom he let stay. Humberto (employee who stopped him) is a TRUE HERO.

Do you have to also follow the city of Las Vegas rental rules and live in the home full time to short term rent there?

Is the refresh paid for by the HOA reserve? You mentioned owners paying 10k, what if you're unit is up for a refresh and you don't have the personal funds what's next?

Can you recommend any 3rd party management companies?

Only if the trump name is down , maybe the price might go up but not with a criminal felon as a landlord

once when i was visiting vegas i went to the top of this building to see if there was an observation deck. it was only two private units but they happened to be showing one of them at the time. The guy let me come in and check the penthouse unit out. it was pretty swank. i think they wanted 2 mil for it. fun trip
