When you stopped for coffee, the outside view caught someone who just missed your train. He was none to happy about it. Thanks for another wonderful ride.

Station Zuilen altijd een beetje raar gevonden, het ligt namelijk niet in Zuilen. Zuilen start pas na de Amsterdamse Straatweg. Dat was een toffe actie van Pepijn, top gozert. 54:09 Die moest ik echt even een paar keer checken, had aanvankelijk de gedachte "what the bleep". Duurde even voor ik zag dat de sprinter in fact niet vast zat aan de intercity.
intercity rotterdam - groningen die normaal met icm/ddz rijdt kan nu niet via amersfoort door de werkzaamheden dus rijd deze naar driebergen-zeist en maakt dan kop na ongeveer 40 minuten
Too bad it was not noted that the orignal line to Amersfoort went straight on at 18:36... The route is still walkable up to Leusden where a car dealer still recives trainloads from Germany. Also not noted, the former station of Maarsbergen, still visible because the lines divert, platform was in the middle at 25:33. The crossing will be gone when the tunnel opens, seen at 25:39 under construction.
Thanks for the info. I only mention closed stations when the building is still visible. Removed connecting lines too. I am working on a video where I do mention this, taking a lot of time..

Even before we start I have a basic question. If you are driving a train and face delays, do you REALLY want more coffee when the nearest place to get rid of it is how far and how much time away? {O.O} It is a shame you could not have gone at normal speeds to the Driebergen - Zeist station and waited there for the Intercity to go around you. Focus for distant objects seemed a little bad this video. Wonderful focus on the rocks immediately in front of the train, though. {^_^}
vooral dankzij 8 treinen per uur Utrecht - Geldermalsen (Den Bosch/ Tiel). En de nabijheid van uitgaansgebied centrum en een ROC. Tevens overstap op/van tram naar Science Park (met veel scholen en ziekenhuizen)

Were you aware that while stopped at Veenendaal West the 'pointer' of your on-screen speedometer exactly coincided with one of the rails of the other track and looked as if someone had painted the top of the rail red? It must have been a shortage of common sense which propelled that young lad at Utrecht to try and become one of your passengers. I thought that having waited for the late-running InterCity you might have been called upon to do a de-rusting slalom at the adjacent crossovers.
