I use this exact recipe to mimic chick fil a chicken sandwich. Yes I add a pickle bun and ketchup but it’s a once a month thing. No seed oils or chemicals
Yum, Yum! When I was a kid (in another century) it was more Mrs. Paul's Fish Sticks. But the idea is the same and it's nice to see the pork rind breading more readily available. I can do a lot with those. Especially to reuse the nice plastic container to crush up my own. 😎
Rachael, which website can I buy salt that is NOT from the sea? I don't want to buy sea salt. I want to buy regular organic non-iodized salt. Can you upload a video showing how to make chicken stock with a regular steel pot, using chicken thighs and how to cook bone marrow?💙🙂
Hey Rach. Did you have to fully recover before adding in these extra foods compared to your original ruminant low histamine diet, or have you been able to still continue to heal even with the additions of more foods? Thank you
Hi there! I continued to see healing when I added more foods in. :) What helped me the most with food reactions, histamine intolerance, etc was nervous system regulation and brain retraining. Even if you're eating the "perfect diet" if your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, chances are you won't be able to properly absorb those nutrients. Eating animal based in general has greatly impacted my healing and is something that I plan to continue forever. But hyper focusing on food can be damaging to our health and impede healing. It was healing for me to realize that I was doing enough for my nutrition and needed to focus more on regulating my nervous system. Hope that makes sense!
@@RibeyeRach Thanks for the detailed response, I really appreciate it! I have been trying to improve my central nervous system issues for about 10 years but have never had any luck with anything I have found ( super interesting regarding not absorbing the nutrients when it's 'off' though, I always wondered if that was happening with me so that makes sense! ) May I ask if you have any videos detailing the methods you have mentioned / used? I would be super interested in hearing more!
@@SketchedbySteI noticed your comment and realized you didn't get an answer yet. Rachel has a video on this channel titled: "How I Gained Weight on the Carnivore Diet." If you scroll to about the 4:30 mark, you will get the answer to your question.🙏🏼
I rendered this tallow myself. I linked my video on how to do that in the description! But if you'd like to buy tallow, I'd recommend Fond or White Oak Pastures. ☺️

@@SoGrateful4You brilliant thank you!
@@SketchedbySte Welcome!😃
You showed tallow in the video. Which website did buy you get that tallow from?
She rendered the tallow herself...I think she said she has a video on that..hope that helps!

Looks delicious! I couldn’t stand the smell of tallow cooking😢
Mini are coming out totally wet why!?! I have never been able to make crispy anything.
how much weight have you lost on the diet?
None! I actually gained 50lbs of healthy weight (was underweight before)
That's actually not part of the carnivore diet. I personally prefer eating it raw since it preserves the natural flavors and nutrients better.
lol good for you
