藜麦是非常健康的食物,高蛋白,低卡路里,零胆固醇。面粉加藜麦做面包,让你的面包多一点营养多一点健康。藜麦面包制作简单,不用揉手套膜,成品超级暄软,细细品尝会有淡淡的坚果香,真是好吃又养生。
藜麦食谱|藜麦面包怎么做|quinoa| quinoa recipe | quinoa bread| soft bread recipe
ingredients:
350 g bread flour 高筋面粉
1 tsp (4g) dry yeast 干酵母
1/4 tsp (1.5g) salt 盐
1 tbsp (15g) sugar 糖
35 g quinoa 藜麦
180-185 g warm milk 温牛奶
1 egg 鸡蛋
25 g coconut oil or softened butter 椰子油或者黄油
70 g dried cranberries or raisins 蔓越莓干或者葡萄干
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C in advance, and bake at the middle rack for about 20-22 minutes until the surface is golden brown.

可以用温水代替,但口感会有一点差别。
不知為何我的皮比較硬,裡面是軟的,味道不錯,我也是180度20分

@@jin0601 对呀,1.4除以350不是0.4%么?其实就是很惊讶第一次看到盐的比率这么少的。一般来说盐在面包中的百分比不是应该在0.8%~3%之间么(根据面包的种类)?
