- We install Bushwacker fenders for out 2018 Jeep JL. Install was a piece of cake, especially if you are already running around fenderless. Maybe an hour of your time to do!

Looks good. I installed some Hooke Road fenders and got all four for only $130 on Amazon. I like the idea of plastic, so that it gives way and break to save the body. But at the same note I love the look of a metal fenders.
I haven’t seen those before. Looks better than just nothing there. Nice install.

Been thinking the same thing for mine. My decision on these also rested in that these actually offer some protection to the body on the font. I can't find any that are 1in or I'd go that route.

I use red locktite on the part of nutsert that collapses on fender, it will save you grief of them spinning down the road😬

Added these to my JL I hit my deletes......went had my bump stops replaced. No more hitting the deletes....inexpensive fix for avoiding a annoyance repair that was avoidable. Nice vids big fan

So yea… bump stops is totally an easy way to solve 90% of flexing problems with the jeep… but rides tht fine line of ‘gotta have flex’ we crave when we offroading 😂
I’ve never been a fan of anything bushwacker, but honesty those don’t look too bad. I actually kinda like how the front sticks out like an inch or so, like they’re not perfectly flush. Fender flares are so touchy for me. Not very many brands I like, especially at their costs. I think you guys made a good choice!
Everyone is trying to reinvent the wheel. The look for a good set of flares just needs straight lines and a simple design, but nope. Everyone trying to make them look snazzy.

Heathen looks SO much better!! I had my doubts initially, but it turned out awesome!! I still have the OEM plastic fenders for the exact same reasons. They're attached with plastic clips and if they're hit hard enough and you rip one off, just go to the parts store and get new clips for $2. Attaching aluminum or steel fenders requires bolting which can lead to significant body damage if hit. Whole lot cheaper to replace clips. Great vid y'all!!🤘🏻

@@JLLIFEOFFROAD I bought the Smittybilt Nutsert tool. And I have the Flat Fenders. I am kinda of hesitant to do it though to be honest. I want to. But I've been thinking my 33s may look ridiculous with the Fenders on.

Didn’t like the look or the function of the sport model fenders.. they sit much lower then the rubicon ones. Tire routinely rubbed into and pulled it off
