It is only legal on offroad and you have to bring your Jeep on a trailer! It is the same in Canada for all provinces!

The fender deletes definitely look badass💯 while I was on the fence about it I'm definitely considering it now although not really wild about the Rough Country setup you got but the rest of the Jeep looks really good I like the watch your step decal and your unleaded fuel only decal that was a cool addition 😎👍

I ran my rig fenderless for a few & it was nice that there was nothing to hinder articulation but it just.kicked up too much crap. I don't mind dirt & mud but rocks & gravel tore up the whole side of my Jeep...which I can also live with but you have to take into consideration that it isn't just your Jeep you're affecting. You'd also be kicking everything up onto other vehicles on the road.

Great videos, Now that you’ve had them on for a while any pro’s and cons you can give us. I have heavy metal rhino lined ones but would be interested in saving a few pounds and the maintenance time in keeping them cleaned. Plus the extra flex space. In AZ. Anything goes.

@@casey197930 the hardness of paint or clear coat is not harder than that of small rocks and fine grit dirt....
I like the look but I like the "DV8 Off-road Fender Delete Kit " (375.00 not 200.00 like RC) way better as the back wheel delete sits flush with the side not indented like RC Delete. IMO.

Was my 1st mod I did cuz they look bad-ass and wanted a different look (yea they’re on Jeeps in the South, Midwest, West Coast etc etc but not so much here in Massachusetts.
Depending on who ya speak with if their legal or not. Mass rules state it’s a legit registered 4x4 vehicle so therefore it shouldn’t be an issue whereas upon each yearly inspection 99% of the shops will not pass b/c the tires exceed the rim. Unless you know an shop your screwed which I now am as my guy folded due to Covid and returned to his home country of Venezuela

Illegal in my province. I trimmed the edge off my stock fenders to run 35s on my wrangler. Ran like that for the last 8 years and got pulled over just a few weeks ago. Tires only stuck out about an inch and a half. I used lawn edging to make the fenders wider. It passed their inspection and only cost me about $20 in supplies
and if you drive into another province they'll nail you for what they think is illegal, no matter what your vehicle is plated for. Quebec nails Ontario and NB lifted trucks constantly.. same as they nailed drivers for expired Ont stickers even tho Ontario wasn't requiring renewals at the time.

In CA, fender deletes are 100% illegal. They must have some king of mud flap. On raised vehicles, the flap must drop down to 6" from the ground in the rear, and must cover all of the tread width.
Yup....any idea on how to get mudflaps on the front of the vehicle with a fender delete kit?

These are not legal in Louisiana. I think vehicles can't have more than a couple of inches of tire protruding past the fender...but as always, it depends on the judgment of the officer. I enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work.
Yeah true. I went with the Smittybilt XRC fender armor, and never had an issue with the inspections or police. I'm running 35's that stick out pretty far, I'm not even sure police in Louisiana care. They are more interested in peoples window tint lol

Well in PA the tread of the tires must be covered.
I heard of a trooper pouring water on the fender and if the water ran onto the tread you earn a ticket.
Now it all depends on the officer of course.

No you have to get them separate. I'm running with a delete kit myself and had to get them separate.
@@flatulence_astray I can't get them anyhow. My state likes to tax you for everything and if I get the delete kit I can't get a inspection sticker. State law requires atleast 3 inches of fender.

In the Netherlands, the tires may only extend a maximum of 3 cm outside the fenders. So it is not possible to drive like that on the street. Prohibited by law. Greetings Rene from the Netherlands
