I tried this, it really came out well. Very tasty and delicious. I live in UK and all my Indian friends really enjoyed it. My friend cried and became emotional saying that it’s exactly tastes like her mom’s preparation. This recipe brought their memories back in their home country. Thank you so much for sharing this with tips! ❤
Thank you so much for showing how the boondhi will look like when the consistency of the besan slurry is not right. That is so helpful! Great video with clear instructions. Keep it up!
Hello dear, 🙏😊thank you so much for the detailed instructions and all your truly helpful tipps🙏🌺!!! With this at hand , I will eventually try my luck and make some Boondi Ladoo this Diwali🤩😍🌺❤. Wishing you a very happy Diwali, i am looking forward to your next video😊🌺
1.If you fry the boondi for longer time, it will become crispy and hard. Boondi has to remain soft after frying. 2.If the sugar syrup is being cooked for long time, it will reach string consistency and crystallized once it cools down. That will make it harder for us to make ladoos. Thanks for the response. Stay connected 😊
Hello are you aware on your video you say 3/4 cup water for 1 cup sugar and in the written receipt you have said 1/4 cup water. Also it does not state the amount of water for the batter mix in the written receipe.
It's not about the water measurement. Watch for the consistency to reach. If you use 1/4 cup of water, you will reach the consistency faster. But there is a chance for you to miss the consistency. Using 3/4 cup of water might take a bit longer but that is safer. And for batter, the water intake may differ for the flour which we use. Please try and share your thoughts.
