- When I first posted my analog footage of The Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad's 1996 Spring photo event ten years ago I had to split things up because at the time UA-cam wouldn't allow posts to be over 15 minutes in length. Here's the full length all-in-one. My cam was a Sony 8mm cassette recorder so it ain't high quality by any means.
Bring back the geared locomotives Climax 10, Shays 11 and 2, and Heisler 91
Whistle in the climax is from Curtiss Lumber 2. A two truck Heisler
Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad H. K. Porter 1924 2-8-2 Mikado #5 ex Carlton and Coast #55 and Port of Grays Harbor #5 ran from 1980 to 2003. The whistle is now on #17.
It was on 70 for a short while.
