With Singapore high standard Health and Safety protocols, really shock to see most hawkers were ok to continue contacting the foods with their bare/grove hand after touching cash (bills/coins).
Observed that a number of food handlers are handling dollar notes, and then taking clean bowls to serve, opening fridge, holding oily knives. Agreed that the foods might be more expensive if they have employed cashiers only, but hygiene............. ?
