Phenomenal recipes! My first try cooking a ham was this method and it was perfection. Last year I made the turkey leg rolls and they were an absolute treat and something delightfully unexpected to pass round the table. That veggie pie though....that is epic! With that leek and blue cheese sauce, just unstoppable. It looked a celebration on the table, but the flavour has won it a place at no less than six of my family gatherings! Absolutely mad about it, the lot of us! I get requests for this masterpiece at Sunday lunches and it just goes next level every time. Big up the mushrooms!! Decadence!

In sweden we actually prefer our christmas ham to be way more on the dry side than the juicy side. It's just how we've always done it and next to every single swede prefer a more dry christmas ham
