Welcome to my channel! This is a music reaction channel. For the longest time, I've loved creating content on the internet. I started off with a gaming channel right here on UA-cam, which eventually turned into a Twitch gaming channel, but as time has gone on I've evolved into doing other things on UA-cam. For years now I've wanted to create a music channel on UA-cam, and recently just figured "why not?", so it’s time to give this a go! Give me any suggestion you have for music reactions, and I will do my best to get around to them. As music has fallen further out of my life, I figured this would be a great time to get reintroduced to music.
If you enjoy this video and my reactions make sure you subscribe to the channel, like the video and comment down below which video you would like to see me react to next.
This is a reaction video used to educate and give my feedback on the song and artists.

"I was taken by a photograph of you." has to be one of the best lines ever written.

One of my all-time favorite song from Jackson Brown. Jackson Brown is one of my all-time favorite artist. I saw him in concert with Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers. He was considered "The Prophet of his day." Tremendous poetic lyricist. Great songwriter and musician. Love LOVE LOVE Jackson Brown. I'm a Vet. And really appreciate you for reacting to out music of 60's 70's & 80's. It has been a delight watching.🎉🎉

Thank you, Shawn, for playing our request - From PTSD to Lost Loves and Memories, or Physical Trauma. Your thankful heart opens our eyes to many blessings that continually
surround us. In the darkly troubled times, you remind us there's still goodness in this world. We all feel like you're a young friend with an old soul. I want you to know that you are greatly appreciated.

I always resisted listening to Jackson Browne because the rawness and pain I had were echoed precisely in his songs. Many years later I can now see his poetic genius and wonderful humanity were alive in me too.

You always do the best songs. Not stupid songs, but the ones that people in tune really knew and loved. You have become my favorite reactor. I am 66 and know all the music from the 60s and 70s. You are the best !!!!

Well he did do Knock Three Times by Tony Orlando and Dawn but I forgive him haha.
I’m just so happy that he does fantastic songs like Fountain Of Sorrow, a perfect song no one else ever reacts to (to my knowledge). It’s refreshing that Shawn can really appreciate all different styles of music❤

Before The Deluge with David Lindley's violin is another "70s anthem" - better musical journey - from the same album, but fans also love The Late Show. However, the previous album For Everyman (title track!!! awesome) and the successor album The Pretender are also treasure troves. Thanks, have fun and geat moments!!!

What a wonderful lead-in by your beer-drinking vet friend. Rich harmonies, Jackson's delicate piano with the hollow sound of your own steps in flight, but coming through with a smile is alright.

Could you do "These Days" or "Multi-Colored Lady" by Greg Allman His album was recorded after his brother Duane had died. My brbrother loves that album. The song "These Days" was written by Jackson Browne.

I have my original vinyl copy of the Late for the Sky album, and have always said that if I were stranded on a desert island, this and maybe 2 other albums from the period would be all I needed. But of course I would need something to play them on. 😅

Check out the live version of "Running On Empty", circa 1977-78, and you'll see how upbeat, happy and the enjoyment all of the group displayed.

Hey Shawn, Joni Mitchell's song Cactus Tree goes a long way in explaining her relationship troubles over the years. A beautiful statement that should be heard if not here on the channel, then at least privately by your self. By the way, her ex's would be a hell of a band!

Jackson won't admit it, but this song is generally considered to refer to Joni Mitchell as they were breaking up.

My favorite version is from his "Solo Acoustic Volume 1" Album ua-cam.com/video/ZUzBW5qEwzY/v-deo.htmlsi=Uq4xV0reJLnBhsfc
In fact you should listen to the whole Album including the intros as they are pretty cool.

And this was written and recorded just before his wife committed suicide. Yep. His son was a toddler.
