    In Australia we used to have many Cantonese Chinese restaurants and their food was delicious. Many are gone now but my fave dish was sweet and sour pork.

    Its 1/4 tsp baking soda in with the baking powder and water that makes the chicken so tender like restaraunt style super soft chicken. Its a secret. Try it!

    more like moo goo gai pan. in my area chow mein is onions and celery no ginger etc .still looks good though!!
