Hi! I’m sorry, I don’t quite understand your question. After the AGGA expansion process, I had a gap on either side between the canine and premolar. We moved the premolars forward through the gap so that the jawbone would remodel and strengthen (better for implants), and then put implants in the resulting gaps (in front of the back molars and behind the premolars).

@@elaaela149 ah, yes! The “normal” way to finish the AGGA process is to bring both molars forward to close the gap, and my AGGA dentist suggested doing that when my first CBCT scan showed not enough room for the implants. I initially agreed, but then wasn’t happy with the way things were going, so I switched to an orthodontist and he made enough space for the implants. So we left my molars where they were!
