Actually, I've noticed a HUGE change when I started to be in present. It's amazing. The forever running and chasing the things to do, changed into a mindful, productive one-week-month-day flow.
Also started to trace my work progress, time and energy I dedicated to my work.

I know this was taped a year ago, but I'm just seeing it now!
I'm 61, and I've never understood how to set a goal. Or, how do you decide what to choose. I guess I feel like they are all projects! Either way, I never seem to finish them because of the fear of failure!

I struggle with money. I just started medication and didn't do so well at first. Feeling better but I learned not to shame myself. Next check will be a test to do better.

I have just entered the first year of junior college ( its the equivalent of the second year of highschool in america) and its a new beginning for me but the only thing i lacked was motivation and lack of a routine so this video has definitely helped in that regard and also thought me that living in the moment is extremely important. Thank you

I needed to see this today…thank you. I’m so caught up in ‘stuff’ that I forget to enjoy the moment. I have this polarised need for minimalism and variety. It’s such a tricky balance to achieve.

If I could burn allllll the planners I ever bought and barely used, it would keep me warm all winter.

I needed to hear this. I’ve felt so unproductive in my third trimester, but I negate all the stuff I do with my toddlers because
I didn’t do certain things on my to do list

I would love more action steps. Like how do you list all the things you need to do and then take action each week. Do you calendar after putting forth a whole list of what you need to do in the next month? I know you use notion but that seems daunting to me as I just started using a planner a few months ago.

Whenever I'm at Target, I'm looking not at their planners but at home decor 😭😭😭 (this is my impulsive shopping habit smh). I did appreciate their planners when I was a teacher, tho.

So true! Priorities! I get asked from time to time as a single mom of three, how do I get everything done. I say it's easy - I just don't 😂
But I do the Most Important (and yet the bare minimum) - maintain our lives and sprinkle here and there those little nuggets of enjoyable things like hiking, riding a bike, playing with kids, bite-sized yoga sessions, you name it.

This was exactly what I needed to hear today, thank you. Although the mindless scrolling problem for me is Mastodon, not Instagram. I've already met a lot of neurodiverse people there, which makes it even harder to stay away. 😅 Thank goodness for website blockers.
