Day 21 done and it was so fun to incorporate the weights! I used 0.5kg weights for the sake of being cautious and avoiding any injuries, and it definitely still had an effect! I think some people may shy away from lighter weights because they might feel that they won't have much of an effect, or because their ego does not allow them to. I used to be one of those people. However, these lighter weights helped me avoid injury, helped me with my alignment, helped me improve my grip and coordination while still challenging me more than usual! Looking forward to tomorrow.

I love that you mixed your 30 days workout with some yoga stretch, some Barr fusion and even with light weight! At day 21, my back pain has gone and can feel my core getting stronger💪 !! I started getting back on plank after not doing any strength for so many weeks and amazingly it’s like a breeze! 😘😘😘 Thank you for designing and taking us through this 30 days journey! I hope you are planning another 30 days program!

Great routine! I really loved the mermaid component at the end with the added weights. This is really a wonderful series. I don’t ever want it to end! I guess I can just start on day one again right?! 😉

The smallest weights I had was 5lbs but this was awesome
I think 5 lb weights are perfectly fine for this and provide an extra challenge! Glad you enjoyed it :)
