    We’re bringing it all back full circle again for today’s Full Body Pilates Workout. This is Day 18 of the 30-Day Pilates Journey, “Finding your Center.” Today’s full body routine will be based on the classical pilates sequencing of exercises, while still offering modifications when needed.
    We’ll bring all our concepts of centering together, along with flexion, extension, and rotation, for this well-rounded full body pilates routine. Your whole body will feel strengthened, lengthened, toned and energized, while still feeling mobile and flexible.
