Flat Roof - How to Install a Plumbing Flange

In this video we show how to install a 3", insulated, spun aluminum plumbing flange.
There are other roofing flanges available but in our experience these work the best and do not rely on a rubber collar to keep the water out.

As hypnotic as watching diggers! Absolutely fantastic explanation and final result! Of course I’ll need the proper steps and materials from the bottom to the top! Then I’ll realize I’m to old and broken to attack my poorly patched but not leaking yet during quite a heavy rain! I’ve watched a fair number of tubers and by far you explain the best and the pride and detail you show in your work certainly should increase your business. I’d love to get an idea of all the materials needed,where to get said supplies and the cost. I’ve used roofmart a fair bit when I did work in the city but mostly aluminum flashing etc. Unfortunately I don’t believe a lot of what you use is easily available up here in Parry Sound 🤔. Cheers.
