  • Super yummy way to de-stress & improve your breathing capacity (key for a happy core & pelvic floor). Give yourself a treat and try it out - it's one of my personal favourites that I often do right before going to bed.
    P.S. You'll need a squishy ball for this - DO NOT USE A HARD BALL LIKE A SOCCER BALL. My personal fave option that I use in this video is the Yoga Tune Up Coregeous ball (it's also great for other healthy core & pelvic floor exercises) - you can get a quick link to it and my other movement prop recommendations in this gear guide I made for you: bit.ly/3RorK0Z

      Hmm - kind of - I just do what I need to do with my legs so I can get a good upper body roll.

    I generally enjoy and appreciate your work, but this felt impossible to me and my c-cup breasts! Maybe my Pilates ball is too large? (I think it's a pretty standard size, but I'm not a connoisseur.) Either the ball was pulling on my breast skin the whole time, or the ball was up on my cheeks and in my mouth. I could hardly focus on my breath unless I stayed still and just slumped over the ball. I wonder if you might try this again working with feedback from topless people with varying breast sizes to be able to give more helpful directions.

      Hmmm. Maybe try with the ball half deflated and lean towards a wall instead of on the ground; see if that works better for you!
