Sounds like you may be overdoing it - changes like this benefit from going bit by bit. However in principle you should find you actually get more rib mobility because your diaphragm will be better aligned with your pelvic floor with less compression around the back area. I'd suggest making your rib dropping smaller and working a fair bit on spinal mobility which should allow your neck to be more comfortable as well.

I definitely arch my back due to exceptionally large breasts. This has given me a hernia in S1. Any advice?
do you think you might explore lowering your ribcage and seeing how that feels?

But if I drop my ribcage it collapses and my ribs don’t move during breathing and my belly pushes out also I get neck pain
