    Hi Petra, after watching your videos I’ve started trying to do at least 5 squats a day. I’m a camphost so I use the handicapped bar in the forest service bathrooms. I’m 70 and with arthritis and weak bladder hoping it’ll help. Thank you 🌸

    Hi! I would love the Squat-tember challenge. I used to be able to squat so easily till I aggravating a knee digging a hole for a tree about two years ago. 😢

    Hi. I am searching for an Video where you do internal rotation lying on the floor with yoga Block between knees. Couldnt find it. If its possible, maybe u know where to find. I understand of cause if its not:). Thanks

      I think that's in the shorts - it's one I did about making squatting more accessible. It's a great way to work on hip rotation!

      I don't know that's something that can work for a video because asymmetries vary among individuals. Have you seen the lunge video on this channel - that might be what you're thinking of?

    My one concern is my knees. They've cracked my whole life but now they are making weird noises, no pain. Will these help with strengthening or would you say do something else?

      Joint noises are actually quite common and should decrease and most likely go away the more you move. Kitchen sink squats will certainly help with strengthening the muscles around your knees and in turn, benefit your joints!

    I used to be able to squat down like this but after a hamstring injury I stopped using certain muscles I feel and lost so much of my flexibility. Would love a video on how to get back to this, not thinking in terms of squaring from an athletic perspective, more so from flexibility perspective! 🩷 I can’t even get half way to fully sqaut anymore 😟
