@@silverandblackentertainment I got something I need to send you to look at I found for it the other day it’s a standoff rod tube extension that thing would be pretty badass to
Is the 12ga model hard to shoot. In torn between 12ga and 20ga. Never shot a shockwave before i have heard both sides that 12ga too much recoil just a novelty gun so i thought about the 20ga but then i see a woman on youtube shooting the 12ga like a boss and im back to square 1 now.
@@SandlapperSam it all depends on how much experience you have at shooting a shotgun. If you never shot a 12 gauge before, I suggest getting a traditional rifle stock. Maybe mossberg maverick 88. It’s cheap and reliable. The shock wave is a whole different ball game. You really have to have some experience and really hold on to it! And it all depends on the ammo too! Slugs are way more powerful than birdshot. And if you really want to go light and manage recoil you can use mini shell ammo 👍🏽 mini shells knock recoil down to half way. If your local shooting range rents firearms I suggest renting both and seeing which one you like better. Hope this helps you! 💪🏽
@silverandblackentertainment 20ga mossberg 500 with a stock is my home defense gun right now with an 18" barrel but wanted something smaller and easier to get through my tight hallway. I was going to replace it with the 20ga shockwave. I have never shot a 12ga shotgun before but like I said I saw a small lady shooting the 12ga shockwave back to back to back shots without blinking an eye and was thinking maybe I should get 12ga for the bigger variety and availability In ammo. I'm not worried I won't be able to shoot the 12ga I'm just worried about spending the money and not being able to be accurate with a 12ga shovkwave without a stock due to more recoil therefore making it not usable at least for me for self defense and wasting money.
@@SandlapperSam get the shockwave 12 gauge. And get some birdshot and some buckshot and go train with it a little. You’ll be just fine. If it’s not a 590s you will need the adapter by defender tactical to run the mini shells reliably. Thats what I run in my shockwave for home defense.
I have a used shockwave on it's way from a dealer that I buy a lot of used guns from. It has a crimson trace laser on it. I was thinking about a shell carrier (side saddle is the name??) and some type of rail somewhere for a light. I bet your wood from WOOX will cost me close to what I paid for the gun used along with the transfer fee...under $300.
Close to it! The woox wood was a little over a couple hundred bucks. I got the shockwave for so cheap that buying the wood furniture was worth it to me. The rail is going to be a very nice touch! And I love that crimson laser! You got a great deal man! 💪 🇺🇸
I think it will hang around. It’s only for certain type of people. I have two sets of wooden furniture for a couple AR’s, different companies. I will say I like woox style better. Especially for the AR-15 👍🏽 I appreciate your opinion, and who knows you could be right! Thanks for stopping by 🫡
