I can't get over how great these mini bike frames look, the b200 has the most bussy, public bench, or play structure aesthetic, super robust and utilitarian. If you adapted an electric hub motor to fit the axel, the frame would hold alot of cargo.
Once the torque converter is installed Regen braking is no longer constant. It coasts
Couldn’t have nailed that hole any better. I had a buddy like you. His guess was always perfect. I’ll measure and check 50 times and be off by a 1/32nd” and be furious. Lol.
LOL yeah I got lucky on that fender.
Getting a billet rod and cast flywheel for my 212, add that with some 22 pound valve springs plus my mikuni, I think I’d be good to remove the governor. I got 18 springs mikuni and just a header pipe, goes 55 MPH, take that 75T to a 60T sprocket with some internal switch hoping for a good 65 MPH. You inspired and teached me a lot, appreciate!
🤦♂🤦🤦♀🌴
My stock 212 with just bolts on header and pipe does 58mph 40t sprocket
@@streetbuilt1170Interesting.
I never checked the speed on mine and guessed 35-40 on my old bike with the 212.(10/50 sprockets and a 30series)
Idk though, 35 sounds reasonable to me I guess for my little bolt on hero hemi LOL.
I dont want to know how fast my new bike is, Its not.running the best yet and it already seemed faster than it needed to be for a trail bike.😅😂
@@NubsWithGuns yeah mines a freeway bike so I need top end it has no take off at all but it moves top end 40 tooth rear sprocket and 10 tooth clutch non hemi 212 vm22 carb and $20 header pipe
@@streetbuilt1170 I want to change the gearing on my new one, 60 tooth on the rear and leave he 10 on the front.
Might try a 7inch driven pulley too.
5.3:1 is kinda high for what I do, on the old bike it was good at 50/10 because of the overdrive on the 30 series so it was easy to tune for the gearing.
Juggernaut(which I don't actually need I am told but my new bike will; eat up a 30 series in 2 rides max) likes to talk to my rev limiter.(around 5250).
In case anyone is tempted to go with a center pipe, don’t. Yes you can slightly lower the rear fender by drilling new mounting holes in front so that it pivots down.
But even with some heat shielding you’ll burn a hole in the seat right under your ass. Takes a few weeks. Ask me how I know.
Lol ouch
Awesome job on the custom exhaust.
Great job on the header! Very clean!
Been watching you for a bit and really appreciate you and your videos, it's really been helping me with my own build! Thank You!
Awesome, thank you!
Awesome video!
You know when God gave us fire he wanted us to ........Make it burn baby 💪🏼💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 pretty bike not really a mini but it's still bad azz
High temp black charcoal grill spray paint would look nice on that header pipe.
Great video like always. Thanks
Love your videos
Haven’t rode those new gen frames but they look like they ride very nicely ✊🏼
Really inspiring following your series. Am definitely going to get one of these bad boys for myself and mod it out like you 🙏
Fun bike! I think you will like it.
Amazing 🤠👍
Just getting into mini bikes just so happens this is the exact one I bought definitely following your mods list 😅
Be sure to check out the video coming out on Wednesday.
same😂
Same! 😂
@@kiks7velizswap the engine to a 224 and remove the governor. No other mods needed. Your welcome
@@TreyGoose wish we had a harbor freight store in Alaska cause I would definitely buy a predator 224 for it
Great video sir
BRAP BRAP!!🤣😂
Nice 👍
Loved the video and I love the bike dude I appreciate your will to educate communities with your mini bike knowledge.
Your like Mr. miyagi when it comes to the engines.
😂😂 so I am going to watch & study all the b200 videos wish I had a torque converter instead of jackshaft it's much easier looks like and gets 50 easy with the 40 tooth
Thanks! I have more MB200 videos coming out soon. It gets even faster!
Just found your channel and subbed! What if you added some street tires and fabricated a fairing? Do you think you could get some more top-end?
It would be a lot of work but I bet it would make a great video!! Can't wait for your next vid.
So may forget that these were meant to be trail bikes not little crotch rockets lol.
I might consider getting one 🤔
Awesome video! I like that you modified that pipe to fit on there. It looks sweet! Thats pretty impressive that it got that quick lol. Does that bike have a 10 tooth jackshaft gear like the mega moto 212?
I think they come with a 9 tooth.
Jetting settings? Needle position? Can't wait for the next video!
I'm at 3700 foot elevation ,I'm running a 115 main with the stock pilot and the needle in the middle slot for now...
Is that stock throttle assembly for the b200 the exact same as the other throttle assemblys for other mini bikes that are stock? I noticed the throttle cable goes in from the back not the side!
Can you please link the foam filter and the gas line filter that you used? Love your videos
when installing the carb should there be an on/off or straight to the filter and carb ?
What size fuel lines do these take? I ordered a new carb and header for mine. I won’t be riding mine on the road will that damage the carb with all the mud?
verdiginiz bilgiler çok faydalı mini motorsikletin iskelet şemasını nerden bulabilirim teşekkürler
can I use solderless cable ends instead and if so what size would that be??
Bullseye !! That is A#1 job right there ! What is the OD / ID of that header Please ? I'm new at this stuff, I need to do a custom on my B200RSV, that sounds nice !
Thanks, the link for the pipe is in the description of the video.
yo Black66 im here in Virginia and i subscribed. Hope to meet u someday!
Thanks! 👍👍
What jet size are you running in the slide carb? And did you have to advance the timing at all on the flywheel?
Check out the B200 playlist. It shows the entire engine build and advancing timing . ua-cam.com/video/9Tk-t17M-ww/v-deo.html
Where do you get the correct jets for the carburator used on this project? I'm having a difficult time finding the correct pilot jets.
The link for the carb and jets is in the description of the video .
what is the largest motor that fits in this model? And without any cutting and welding, as well as getting it's top end speed at 70+ mph?
I would use a 236 or a small block 263 to achieve 70 MPH j
Dang
😎
Dose anyone know where to buy a cast aluminum flywheel for a predator 212 hemi?
Do a juggernaut on that setup. To show everyone how well it works even without a bunch of power
We've seen that about a million times already.
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
What do you do with the governor arm when you put on a slide carb? I have no experience with a Mikuni style carb.
Check out the governor removal video.ua-cam.com/video/CK4p-iYTwFg/v-deo.html
@@Black66 thank you Sir, but I was planning on keeping it governed. I think I need an adjustable stock carb for my predator 212. I swapped to a 38 jet and it idles high now, now matter how I adjust the black phillips screw on the stock carb, there is no air adjustment screw, it must be a California EPA carb maybe??
What size silencer does that pipe take?
Billet flywheel so we can see how much improvement we get from a single mod leaving the rest of the engine as it is.
Be sure to check out the next couple videos with this bike.
Compare a pwk28 and a mikuni 33mm pumper carb
What exaust is that is from omb
Do a 301cc mini bike
Damn impressive for basic upgrades..!
Thanks!Yeah it turned out pretty good. Check out the next couple videos coming out with this bike.
@@Black66 Absolutely I will
Have done everything you did in your videos on my b200 and it runs like dookie did I do something wrong
Just did the same exact steps you did with the same carb and mine won’t start, any ideas why?
Check out the VM22 video. ua-cam.com/video/b5bY-1gIWWk/v-deo.html Also check out the B200 playlist for more performance mods. ua-cam.com/video/9Tk-t17M-ww/v-deo.html
what app do you use for the speed test?
I use a Dragy performance meter for 0 to 30 and digiHUD on the phone for top speed.
@@Black66 thank you
Did you have to change the jets?
I mention what jets are in the carburetor in the video
Fix some more things with FIRE!
Made me think of Beavis at the city meeting.🤣
The muffler hole in the fender seems too big for me !
Got to have a big hole in the fender so the heat doesn't melt the plastic.
Does that motor shake more than the other Coleman mini bikes
This one runs fairly smooth.
The reason why I ask is because I own a RB 100 with a predator 212 that has a clutch it runs get I also own a RB 200 which is stock and it has a Jack shaft it’s slow but runs good I just purchased the B200RSV which is stock with a torque converter it shakes a lot and I was wondering if should I take it back
@@juan8629
I have the R200 like Black66. Mine shook like crazy and made a terrible noise pushing it around. The motor was mounted crooked. I loosened the motor mounts, took off the torque converter cover and adjusted the motor so the front and rear TQ pulleys were aligned. Noise is gone and very smooth now.
Did you change the main jet?
Check out the B200 playlist. It shows all the mods done to the bike. ua-cam.com/video/jjtfBiuCFOM/v-deo.html
@@Black66 I’ve been following it closely and tried doing each mod on mine. Right now I have a vm22 carb that is running very rich to where the engine Boggs and gives no power.
I’m at sea level in south Florida and the jets in the carb are not labeled.
@@ThePeoplesGardener If you are using the jets that came with the imitation VM22 they are to small .
@@Black66 I have new jets coming in tomorrow, what size jets do you recommend
@@Black66 my cam timing was off! It’s running great now
So if do your carb I got do governor by pass
Yes, check out the governor bypass video ua-cam.com/video/CK4p-iYTwFg/v-deo.html
Do I leave governor arm on
Lmk
Lmk can I leave arm on if I take the governor shaft off
get a flywheel a rod a flat top piston a cam and valve springs
Watch the next couple video on this bike
