- Welcome to A Humble highland Home and to the humble Rosebay Willowherb, otherwise known as Fireweed.

Rosebay Willowherb has many different uses, I name just 5 of them, with an extra bonus one.
This has been a historic medicinal and nutritious plant that I think had been forgotten about, until recently.
The reported benefits speak for themselves with it being very high in Vit C and antioxidants. It has been used to treat insomnia, high blood pressure, blood circulation issues , migraines, cuts, infections, asthma and inflammation to name but a few.
A very handy plant to know and use.

Is Rosebay the only type of Willowherb that looks like that?
@@ittsacrazyworld Hi, there are other Willowherb species in this family of plants so please do your own research for the plant you are looking for. 😊
