Seems like I received two different sets of metal scales with this guy. Should all of the 20s be about the same distance down the tape, then the rest is based on bow speed?

The 20 mark will vary with the speed just like all the other marks. The faster tapes are much tighter than the slower tapes, especially at the closer ranges. Most tapes are based on 50 as the center.

Does the Sight have gross adjustments for distance? How many feet per second do you gain with the arrow twirl? I was always told about 5FPS.

There is only one knob to change the distance but it moves quickly if needed. And yes the twirl is VERY important... you have to wake the arrow up so it goes faster lol.
