The chicken shredder works great. It has rubber on the bottom so it sticks to the counter, putting the paper towel under it defeated the purpose. Stick it down, use both hands to turn it, that’s why it has two knobs.
I’ve had one of those defrost trays since the 80s, so it’s wild people think of these things as ‘TikTok’ stuff rather than just stuff that is white labeled and then sold as a dozen different ’brands’

Surprising video. A few of those gadgets I thought might be useful for my sister as she has fibromyalgia, maybe a review of gadgets in the kitchen for people less able due to movement/weight issues so they can remain more independent would be cool. Also I'd then have a video for gift ideas for my sister 😆. Keep up the good content.

Thank you for the video, Josh! There are some tools here that I’m legitimately interested in, but there are no links for them 🥲 I’m no engineer but there’s a lot of potential here for some of these with a little bit of reimagining and better components!
Airfryer thingy would be super useful for baking cakes or sheet cakes. I dont have an oven (i sacrificed it for a dishwasher), but i have an airfryer that can also bake stuff regularly. Those defrosting boards actually work (I have one) - just not for a huge slab of meet. Try things like individual sausages, prawns or minced meat instead. Though I agree water method is best, especially for really large chunks, but the defrosting boards are actually more convenient.
