Anyone find the story of the "Wife's Noodle" a bit ironic? Dude talks about, once they get married, how lucky he'll be to be able to eat the noodles that the lady's cooked for him. Then the video shows him as the chef of the restaurant making the noodles. So he actually ended up being the one having to make the noodles everyday haha
He conned himself. Respect

This is a great idea, giving Uyghur culture exposure while not making it too blatant for China to censor in fear of people finding out about the atrocities they commit against them
I don't know if this was their intent but if it was, clever
Are they even allowed to use Google in China?

I think buzzfeed finally realized how important this series is so they are investing more on this show. I don’t know I just think the quality seems better with more people following them to help. i love the story behind the Wife's Special. like "wouldn't it be great to marry her? I could eat this every day!"
The Uyghurs are an oppressed Muslim minority in the Xinjiang region of China. The government has put millions of them, children, and otherwise, in concentration camps, which are branded as "re-education" camps. These camps have even had reports of organ harvesting, and the fact that people are tortured is widely accepted. The Uyghur homeland, Urumqi, is widely monitored, with cameras lining every street.
If I got something wrong, I'm sorry, I am just a high school student with background information on this topic bc of debate.
urumqi is the capital of Xinjiang
So sad you got everything wrong, you should watch the footage where Chinese people, Han Chinese, as well as Uyghurs, murdered by terrorists. And it is the terrorists population that Chinese government are against.
