The best handcut burger: buy a ten pound tube of 80/20 ground beef from Costco and hand cut it into 1/3 pound slices. Comes out to $1 per burger patty 30 slices out of a 10 lb. tube. Best burgers ever

ketchup and mayo on the burger is the best. the only way I eat burgers if we make them at home. lettuce, tomato and onion on to. my husband taught me how to grill and now I grill a lot in the summer

@@dannythemedic Yes, the City of Las Vegas (Channel 2) is posting the documentary series that the Las Vegas Centennial Commission is funding. Each year a new decade comes out, the 1960's was just completed.
The Centennial Commission got tired of funding different Las Vegas documentaries that were factually incorrect or focused too much on the Strip (Clark County) so the Las Vegas Centennial Commission is funding one production company to do a documentary on the City of Las Vegas for each decade. The 1970's will be released next May 2025.

More than likely the meat mixture is to lean which causes the meat to fall apart like that, an 80/20 mix is what we use in our restaurants. Thx for the video.

I don’t know about Nevada but in California, the dealership handles the registration at purchase. Otherwise, you’re driving off with an unregistered car or at least an unpaid registration fee car. Registration cost is based on the cost of the car, I think.

Be thankful you are in Vegas, gas in Calif is $1 more per gal than Vegas, electricity is almost 4 times the Vegas cost per KW.

or maybe due to the nature of the beef style, it cannot keep a pink center, the heat may just go up the channels of air and end up coloring the whole thing... if it was more a solid burger, it could be medium

i didnt think either burger was great from what was shown, both were not put together well, the cook apparently likes to make each burger to the way that the cook wants to eat his which is well done or medium well
Most people loose money in gambling anyway so you should go to loose... If you win its luck.. If you loose its expected. Also you should not eat burger meat media raw because burger meat has a lot of bacteria inside. If you google you will read up the issues of eating burger meat not fully cooked.
I dont mind bacteria in medium rare burger... If you listen to those goverment warnings you be eating cardboard
