Ultimate Artist, Sonia Nevermind! -

Backstory:

Sonia Nevermind never knew her birth parents. Abandoned in Japan as a young child she was placed in an orphanage. Life there was tough. She spent most of her time alone, because no one would want to spend time with her. While looking for stuff to keep herself occupied she stumbled into the world of art and fell in love. The days at the orphanage were more bearable when she was absorbed in crayons or paints. She was alone but happy. Then, when she was 10 years old a rich couple came to the orphanage. They were intrigued by the foreign child and after the needed process, they adopted her. They decided to let her keep her last name, thinking it was unique.
Then they realised her love for art and decided to sign her up for mentorship. Her art skills grew rapidly and they saw the true talent she had. That gave them an idea. They began showing her off everywhere they could. "Poor thing was abandoned so we adopted her, and i'm so glad we did, so we could fund her while in pursuit of her dream." They would say, gaining sympathy and praise from others.
They didn't just stop at showing her off, her artwork was always at dinner parties, important charities and events and even on the news. Then came the constant, passive aggressive, pressure for her to continue producing new pieces. Whilst they never said it out right, Sonia grew up feeling that if she didn't produce results he'd be thrown out. So she painted, and sculpted, and sketched, burning her self out. It soon became part of her everyday to spend 4-6 hours on a piece, a habit causing her to neglect her needs like food or sleep. She would justify it by saying that if she was thrown out then she'd be so much hungrier and tired.
The constant pressure caused her to become a time bomb. She is not in anyway stable. Will she snap or work herself to death first?
‪@coralumin‬ Also (you 100% don't need to do this) I thought that it could be a cool idea if during the events of the story, she becomes more dishevelled and anxious like in the video. Like her hair gets wilder and her clothes are messier.
