This version of Jay Garrick can use the speedforce that means he's just as fast as Barry and Wally
Wrong. The potential is there, but not the actual achievement. Maybe due to his age.

That CGI fight was awful, I loved flash and could look past it for a while but when the story got so cluster fucky and stupid + the bad cgi killed it for me.
The CGI is rough, but the choreography was solid. A good remaster could clean that up an make it look real nice.
