I love how much they paid attention to detail they reflected zooms lightning off Harry’s eyes
yeah that's what makes season 1 and 2 especially 2, the best seasons
the others they were just lazy to pay any attention so they just went as cheap as they can because they know alot of people are just there for the plot

The reverse flash was a good villain but no one could match the menacing might of Zoom. 😲👏
Forget about thawne, Savitar, devoe, cicada, mirror monarch, and bloodwork. Zoom will aways be the most monstrous pure evil villian in the flash and his design and costume was the most epic then reverse flash and he was like a living thunderstorm. He wanted to destroy the multiverse except earth 1 before anti monitor did. This makes him far worse then thawne is and thawne is overused.

My favorite detail is that Zoom is constantly generating blue lightning around him, even when he isn’t using his speed. Showing his unstable nature, Mentally and Physically with the unstable Velocity 9.
It also gives him more of an intimidating air, like his body is constantly pulsing with energy and power, really making you question if he;s actually human or not.

2x6 is probably my favorite episode, not just of The Flash, but probably every show I've ever watched. The absolutely brutal beating Zoom gave Barry. Dragging him around like a ragdoll, showing how powerless everyone was to stop him. Made the audience feel hopeless too. It's just perfect.

I love remembering times when The Flash was actually fun show to watch. First 2 seasons are arguably the best. It's only been going downhill since then.

Not to mention his suit, the way his lightning constantly sparks and generates, and his Speedster Voice.
Zoom could've been some faceless Demon from hell who wasn''t Hunter Zolomon and I'd still love him.
I never found him scary but when he's present the mood always turns dark, he did a better job of being Dark than Savitar and Reverse Flash could ever. Reverse Flash may forever be a thorn in Barry's side but Zoom did a hell of a job for a one time Big Bad.

Zoom really fought himself for fun.
What makes this scene at 4:34 more awesome is that zoom knows how to phase through objects as seen at 13:08 which would be a much easier move to dodge those bullets but he deliberately catches those bullets to make them understand how hopeless it is.

Any speedster who knows how to use their speedster abilities will just use them straight to the point. Flashtime, phasing and time travel being the most dope features a speedster has.

Coldest villain in the show - Thawn tried all his lifetimes to destroy Barry but Zoom is the one that did it best. He wasn't only faster and more powerful, but possessed the true instincts and speech patterns of a merciless killer and bloodthirsty demon all in one while carefully adjusting every situation he was in as both Zoom & Jay Garrick. Always knowing EXACTLY what to say in the most terrifying way before letting his actions make his intentions as clear as a shiny blade. Earlier seasons with well written villains like him are what made the show so good and famous.

Zoom is the best villian ever in flash as with or without the mask he is still terrifying and will do anything and kill anyone to achieve his goals no matter the cost. He did more darker things then thawne did like killing people before he got his powers, terrorizing two worlds, killing 15 cops, breaking Barry’s back, torturing and nearly killing Jesse, beating up Barry in his cell, nearly killed wells, killing his double to cause emotional pain to them, tortured Wally to force Barry to give up his speed, kidnapped and abused Caitlin, killed a bunch of cops and newsmen just to show his power and killing rupture while evilly telling him he was the one that killed reverb, send his army to take over earth 1 and causing a lot of destruction and deaths, kidnapped and killed Barry’s dad in the same place his mom died and then tried to destroy the multiverse except earth 1 to rule over. I mean cmon nobody that came after zoom and not even thawne has ever caused this much evil and destruction.
My best hero is zoom I like him most especially his outfit is far different with all of them one thing I like about him be again his voice zoom is the best among all the villain

@@endermaster78 If you watched the show and paid attention, which clearly you didn’t, speedsters have different lightning sounds. Barry, Jay, Wally, Nora, and Bart have a pure and natural connection to the speed force so their lightning sounds the same for the most part. Thawne’s lightning is the result of a negative connection to the speed force and it sounds different from Barry’s. Zoom’s lightning is the result of artificially trying to enhance his speed and his lightning sounds different as well. Since fake Jay was a time remnant, his lightning sounded identical to Zoom’s.

Camera angles are a strong point in the early seasons. Even an underwhelming story can be good when the presentation is outstanding.
Not only was zoom the most terrifying and menacing villain of the flash series, but bro could throw hands too due to his long experience of being a murder he was definitely not to be played with when it came to hand to hand combat 🥶😈

Reverse Flash is my favorite villain of the show but Zoom is probably the best. His design and being voiced by Tony Todd make him a standout and the blue lightning looks really cool.

I wish Zoom and Jay Garrick was the same person. He's the flash by day and Zoom at night. Two different sides of the same coin. I didn't like that Barry's father was the real Jay Garrick.

The blur of motion, the way the camera shakes every time they get too close, Barry darting in and out while Zoom is distracted, the smoothness of the lightning trails, yet the otherwise minimal SFX. Compared to the shit that they did with godspeed? Oof. It's disappointing how much the quality has dropped.
