09 to 14 Ford F150 Master Cylinder and Brake Booster Replacement
In this video, I replace the Master Cylinder and Brake booster on a 2014 Ford F150 XL. The Master Cylinder was leaking into the booster and causing brake issues. I replaced the Master Cylinder and Brake Booster and had issues until I replaced the booster with a Motorcraft part. Replacing these parts resolved my issues on my 2014 F150 XL.

On my 2011 ford f150 I used a refurbished one from auto zone and the 2 bottom nuts do not tighten all the way up , the top 2 did , brake booster

Did you have the spacer I showed on the video?

No it didn't come with it and the one that came off did not have it but this is a 2011 dose it need it or can I use washers on bottom bolts

@@CharlesMattox-pr6su According to parts list the spacer is needed on 2010 to 2014 trucks. You will know if you need the spacer, as the brake peddle will stick out about 1 foot above the gas peddle. The gas and brake should be at the same position.

The duralast does not come with the spacer, the motorcraft one does.
