You can cross the Water of Mark at "grip dyke" some way above Queens' Well and visit Balnamoon's cave.

I plan to this year, and its about time I got a couple of backpacking training walks in so I can start more confidently - just been really enjoying the running esp as thought my running days were over a couple years back
