      Xanderpie ...... My best friend owns a movie production company and out of the many celebrities I have met thru him only 2 of them were sincerely nice people. Please don't believe the camara version of any celebrity ! They are very arrogant nasty people I think industry does all of them in.

      Xanderpie ** Yea. the entertainment world..... ""Hollywood" has removed the gospel of Jesus Christ...... from their entire circle of people... False-hood, Idol worship and lots of folks/Ceo's who have signed over in blood. the Bible lets you know this country will fall with out, morals and sound leadership. Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellers there is safety. proverbs - riches profit not in the day of wrath but righteousness will delivereth from death. Believers have to stay w the word of the Lord. amen the word gives a clear example of what the end x's would come to. ( Bible ) that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, -- Philippians 2:15 ,, $ cannot be worshiped as the Lord Jesus Christ. when that happens lawless-ness and corruption. "" run wild .. Christ will return .

      i also remember the interview he did on the breakfast club where he said he treat people based on where they are (who you are as a person). It doesn't matter who you are, but he treats people equally like he wants to be treated no matter the social status, creed or color.

It just want accepted cuz of da bs sunshine video , but when they put out da visuals of da b-side , wit da music tht made it even more a classic to me , dame did his thing wit tht idea , & im not even a jay-z fan like da overall ppl in hip-hop do, but vol.1 is def a classic that's sleep on , da intro alone wit the A million track absolute amazing!
      1.vol.1
      2.resonable doubt

    1. Reasonable Doubt
    2. Blueprint
    3. The Black Album
    4. American Gangster
    4:44 will age gracefully and join those as his classics imho. Vol. 2 is a near miss as classic for me.

  • @ericselectrons
    @ericselectrons 7 років тому +94

    The guy sitting to Jay-Z's left (our right) asks some very uninteresting questions, interjects his personal opinions, and attempts to be funny but falls flat every time throughout part 1 and part 2 of this classic interview.
    Case and point.
    14:55 - *"You really are rich, huh? That's what people do, when people are rich."*
    You have one of the greatest artist of all time in front of you and you choose to imply his richness is why he has the maturity to not indulge in petty beefs? My goodness...

      EXACTLY!!! OMG SMH "You really are rich huh?" That's the dumbest thing EVER to say! It's surface, It's lame....AND it just revealed that YOU'RE NOT! Jay-Z's face to that was hilarious...

      @f8c3themusic 7 років тому +17

      Lmao. That’s B Dot. I would agree with you but he’s very knowledgeable when it comes to specifics and the messages behind lyrics etc. He’ll quote a line from an obscure song and how the snare changed the tone and ask an artist what they meant by it. Most interviewers don’t do that.

    I just learnt that the meaning of sir is slave I remain... it's what the English told the Indians to call them when they invaded there country.. deep.. but the way he said he came out makes me feel like yet again we flip words and give it a new positive meaning.. or just a new form of integrity... you can't hold people of colour back... I'm not a jay z music fan but respect the legend alie.. thanks for sharing and inspiring.
