Ops 47 seems new. Friendly but could’ve been a little more informative. Glad it there were no injuries. Pesky birds! I like my chicken diced and well cooked.
These recordings tend to be from liveatc, which uses civilian devices that are not located in the airport. Planes and atc have powerful radios since they need to talk to each other, but ops doesn't since it only needs to communicate within the airport. Also, ops tends to be lower down, which is more likely to have interference between them and the civilian recorders. Aka what ops sounds like on these recordings doesn't reflect what ops sounds to atc/the plane
At least it's a different "B" word this time.
