But William Li doesn't believe in robotaxi. He doesn't want to take business from cab driver. I think he is wrong, as a business your goal is make as much money as possible even of it takes business from others.

Watched a good channel on the depressed stock price. Look at the stocks shorted and at the stocks borrowed. Nio has an unbelievable amount of borrowed stocks. The stock price will be manipulated till the big players decide to boost the stock.
And that is why we have to keep buying. Just like $TSLA was stuck at around $11 for years. Once the profits start to come in the share price will move. We are already seen this with $SOFI which was also heavily shorted stock

Nio could easily rent there cars. When you need a car for the day you get ahold of nio and one autonomously shows up at the end of your driveway then when your done with it. It autonomously drives back to the facility waiting for another customer.

IMO, CATL Choco Swap stations is covering smaller lower end and very affordable cars with battery packs 50Kwh and 60Kwh. Currently, NIO is not doing that, not even FF. That's the reason they only expect to build only up to 30,000 swap stations by 2030. CATL will dominate the entire battery swap spectrum along with NIO. Also, this move by CATL strongly validates battery swap success. If BSS is not profitable, they should know by now and would not initiate their own swap network.
CATL does not want to be in the automobile manufacturing and sales business. The real money is in battery swapping I agree, but not when you have to fund auto research and development, factories, stores, sales staff and complicated software to manage all of it. CATL waited for proof of concept and then pounced on the swap model. This is very similar to what Taiwan semiconductor does and that is why they are the 800 pound gorilla of the sector. CATL is staying in their lane sticking with their core competency
Nio hit 100,000 swaps in a single day if it's $20 per swap that's 2 million a day or 720 million a year in revenue. Nio is getting faster at building swap stations so that number could be a billion a year in revenue.

All of the OEM's allow you to run the heater while level 3 charging. Even NIO is working on a way to keep their EV's AC and heater functioning during battery swap.
Although I believe in the use and efficiency of battery swapping technology, which clearly addresses range anxiety for EV owners and could pave the way for vehicles to recharge themselves autonomously in the future... I still find the design of NIO’s battery swap stations somewhat inefficient. Currently, the car must first park in front of the station, then perform a reverse maneuver to align itself correctly for the swap...Wouldn’t it be more efficient to design the stations so that vehicles can enter from the back and exit through the front, enabling a smoother and more straightforward process?
I’d like to understand the reasoning behind why they designed the swap station this way. There may be a valid reason, but when you think about it, the process seems inefficient and time-consuming. The vehicle has to approach the swap station in reverse to ensure the battery can be changed. Other companies offering swap services have designed their stations so that vehicles can easily drive in and out, making the process much more streamlined and user-friendly.
I have put comments on multiple sites of nio. I have always known batter swap is the way. I know how it can be done in less than 1 minute. If I could discuss it with Nio R and D I would tell them how to do it. It's the only way to stop the lines at swap stations otherwise it's not so good. 1 battery swap would replace 10+ gas pumps. I don't know how to contact anyone. But it will come and rest of swaps will be obselite!!!
The battery needs to slide into frame car has small battery to drive through station prvoiding power to push old battery out while at same time loading new battery. no reboot will be nessasary!!!

They are making swap to complicated. They need to think outside the box. Was hoping they would come up with the only way to do battery swap quick. But they havn't. Needs to be super fast a lot smother then everyone would go crazy over it!!❤
