I have to assume that this dev has a history with RPGMaker Horror games, when you look past the obviouis RE inspiration, the top down, the death traps, the obtuse puzzles, thats is all just oozing the vibes of Witches House or Ib.

Yeaah, I was totally getting rpgmaker vibes.
I had to do the exact same thing to do the true ending. Turns out that there is a group photo on the wall in the lab that you can interact with. It brings you back to the start and you can start the true ending sequence. I ONLY figured this out because I was streaming the game and the dev showed up in chat to tell me lmao. But yeah for anyone watching who wants to play the game, don't worry you don't have to replay the entire thing.

Some intersting twists and gameplay here. Having different characters act as your "lives" is a gameplay choice I find interesting, and works well here. Turns out the title is very accurate as well.

This is like a modern take on Resident Evil Gaiden here. With its overhead view, and its switching to first person mode whenever you encounter a zombie. This looks super fun.

Holstin is probably the other swap to first person shooting horror game, demo was pretty good.
there was a recent indie SH game which plays like "Cold Fear" , so basically old school fixed camera ResiEvil but you swap to 3rd person POV if you aim. i didnt wishlist it amd cant really find it anymore.
there was another one that plays like SiGNALiS , except anime. forgot thats name too.
i can swear i wishlisted these but cant find it anymore. would appreciate if anyone can drop the names of these couple games.
