Always love how Chris couldn't spare less than 1 second to explain to Ethan in the beginning.
The way Chris kept refusing to tell Ethan anything about the situation really is super weird lol. Keeps telling Ethan to "stay out of it", despite bringing him to the village. I'm pretty sure the situation would have not gotten nearly as hectic if Chris simply explained what was going on and helped Ethan.
I think, and this is a maybe but still, it's because he thought that if Ethan knew about the fake Mia, he would fight to go with Chris, or somehow find a way to go and try to save Mia. just my personal thoughts.
I think it was simply Capcom trying to create drama to make the game events happen but instead made a plothole .
I love how Chris's section on Normal makes him seem OP as hell, but on Village of Shadows his section is the hardest part, especially if you've been running around one-shotting everything with Ethan's STAKE

I mean... have you seen the baby monster? It has a vertically elongated mouth that flaps around. The plants around the house cause hallucinations, so the monster baby is probably made of Ethan's traumas. My personal theory is that the mouth of the monster baby symbolized what happened to Mia's privates after the baby was born.

The twist with Ethan dying and coming back, playing as Chris, ties into the rest of the RE universe all of it's just so good.

Less than five minutes in, and already impressed by the editing. Man, that sweet sweet cut at around 3:18, that follow through motion ? That was so beautifully executed. And that keying is seemless. It's so fun to see you getting better at it with every video !
While I agree with most of what you're saying. I'm struggling to see the sweet cut? Jack punches and it just cuts from black back to the game? That's less than a couple minutes of editing.
Indei sure is upgrading up in production.
@@BulletFever409 Yeah, fair enough, but so what ? Even if it took 10 seconds to do? Sure, it's simple, but the motion of the camera after the cut is following the motion of the fist and it is incredibly pleasing to me. Simple doesn't automatically mean bad and complex doesn't mean good, to me at least. Also, editing is an art, it is subjective, maybe that particular cut does nothing for you, but I sure appreciated it!
Editing has always been a strong point with his videos, especially the sound, the best jokes are when the last word of the dirty joke is cut just short enough
