- I got a great deal on a Dewalt hammerdrill at Lowe's and put together this video showing the features of the DCD998B XR Hammerdrill. I also highlight the power of this powertool drilling a 4X4 and drilling through a cement block.

Lowes has this listed as a Hybrid Corded/Cordless tool. I see no indication of that capability on the box or the drill. How does that work?

First real hammerdrill I owned was a brushed dewalt. Absolute tank. Over 10 years and thousands of tapcons and it still runs. Good choice sir.
