Love to see that the companies still want to produce film and give film as a medium a better future. I think it doesn´t matter if ist Harman or Kodak or the guys from ORWO thy love film and they trying to keep it alive. Thank you so much fur showing us some behind the scenes footage. Big love from Germany!!
What I like about the film ecosystem is that camera repair shops might get a boost in business. There are probably older film camera, I still have 2 Nikon kits sitting, to be repaired and placed back into the photo community. But I doubt 35mm will make a staggering comeback. Medium and large format will be next. Coming up in 4x5 format, it was always a thrill to see the fruits or disappointment of your labor. But I enjoy seeing the younger photographers experimenting and experiencing the wonder I started with in the 60’s.
Will you be posting a follow up video with shots from the beach walk using the Harman colour film ? Good to see a few well known faces including Gabe from I Dream of Cameras.
