When I see these old videos they make me wish I could go back in time and hugs the children of J5 because of their sacrifices. It also makes me sad to know the end results of little Michael Jackson. I miss this time when I was young running up and down the street, playing with my friends listening to the J5 on the radio watching their cartoon on TV and swooning over Michael and how cute he was. Mike was so fine in my eyes and I could not wait for the next pictures to put on my room wall.
To think that people will go on enjoying Michael Jackson's atistry in decades to come, long long after he died. When no one is left alive who lived in his era, he will still be entertaining people. That's what he wanted to do, leave behind a bounty of creativity for people wo enjoy. Incredible man, sorely missed.
It's really amazing to realize that the Jacksons really were working all the time. While we were all living our lives, MJ and his family were either rehersing or performing somewhere in the world. MJ never stopped until he was killed by the media and haters. And even then he never gave up. Most of us would have caved. His babies kept him alive. Tragic loss.
he looks like a little man! OMG how was FAR to talented for his age. I'm glad GOD gave MJ the greatest gift of talent.. most would have taken advantage but he really respected the gift he had and made the most with it.
sweet comment. i miss screaming and jumping with excitement every time michael would appear on tv - like on awards shows, my goodness any little word that came out of his mouth just made me 'swoon' (lol - in your words) and filled my heart and stomach with butterflies.
@JennySussex Michael is like the Mozart of our time, he'll be played for centuries rather than decades. I've been replaying some of his music tonight and have had tears streaming down my face. RIP MJ!
this was Philadelphia civic center they didn't had these songs when they did the pageant that was a year before this this one is 1970 these are the songs they performed in Philly

I felt the same way about Marlon. My wall had J5 posters all over them!

So glad we have these precious videos of our royal family. xox
He also said he wouldn't change anything about his childhood if he could. All he went through made him the disciplined perfectionist he became.

@mrsmjackson1 The media and the haters certainly did a lot of damage, but I don't think they were in Michael's bedroom the day he died.
