I had 3 bad habits..1. alcohol 2. weed 3. smoking. I used to go to gym 6 days a week and after few months i could not find any improvement in my muscle growth. Thanks to Guru Mann sir..Now i have stopped first two things and today is my 7th day without smoking. I will put a full stop to smoking too. I can easily find the change in my body because of stopping these habits. My stamina has improved a lot and even i am surprised to see the weights i am able to lift now. I just had a mindset that if i quit all these 3 things from my life, i will be successful in my terms. And yes i am on the verge of success :) Thanks alot Guru mann sir. Keep up the good work.

Sir I'm following you since 1 week and watched about 30-35 videos of yours . Want to thank you so much. You do this for free. I'm 30 years male drinking alcohol since I was 17. I used to drink a lot in my early 20's and now have limited to 3-4 cans (2 litters) of beer only once a week. (Weekends) please advise me on beer vs other alcoholic drink(which one?) which is less harmful if any. I have quit smoking, it's been almost 2 years now I am gymming regularly from last 3 weeks and you are the only motivation I go. 🙏🏻 eagerly awaiting your reply on this

I had been an alchoholic for more than 2 years. Im 29 now. Alchohol has fucked up my liver and smoking has fucked up my cardio. The thing about liver is that you cant tell untill your liver is fucked 90% . It had three stages fatty liver first dusra kuch aur aur teesra cirrosis which is the maut of liver. Fortunately fatty liver is a reversible condition. So quit drinking now. Badiya video guru bhai. CHEERS TO GOOD HEALTH !

thank you! your video answered my question clearly. I have a friend who is around 230 pounds, 5'9, he has muscle mass and all. But...I tend to see him as being fat. Yes, he has huge arms and works out..but the thing I notice is that his diet is off and he told me just yesterday that he drinks 3 days a week. I was wondering how healthy is drinking 3 days a week? by his words he is "ok" because he is doing cardio now and working hard. In my experience, going through my weight loss journey, every little drop of bad foods you put inside of you, alcohol included, will stall your progress. I was working out for close to 2 years!!! with no progress. I adapted a ketogenic diet, a month now, and seen greater progress now than in the past. Anyways, I wanted to know more about the impact of alcohol in our bodies, and your video answered it clearly. God bless you!! oh yeah! my friend also complains about aches and pains every other month too. He works out hard with lots of heavy weights too. There has to be a link between his diet and his pains too....

I used to drink but these day I don't feel like drinking as I m getting serious in gym I m look at my body I m getting better as well.

My age is 33 unfortunately in my late teens and in my early 20's i was consuming alcohol which i got into through my worthless friends they made me believe that alcohol enhances physical as well as mental strength,makes men more tougher into an alpha male but when i realized at much later point in my life that alcohol is a empty calorie slow death causing toxin which damages bones,muscles,Liver,increases risk of recurring cancer,shrinks brain,affects testosterone causing testicles to shrink,increases the risk of diabetes by a whopping 50% realizing these undeniable facts I just laughed at my stupidity and vowed not to touch it ever again in my life unless if i wanted to die early with unfulfilled dreams being still virgin and restored to healthy protein rich diet that most bodybuilders n muscle men consume because of which my immunity boosted,i was not falling ill,i was gaining decent muscle etc so I'd recommend that it is best giving up alcohol completely or if not once in a month a little well diluted with water it will certainly make your life incredibly good just mark my words it's my personal experience!!!it's your life so decide whether you'd want to die early affected by desease weak or live long strong and die satisfied
