    Hi Sir.. Your explanation is very good and easy to understand..
    I have below questions ...please clarify
    1. What is the difference between 'Sale Deed' and 'Conveyance Non-Metro/UA' noted in Encumbrance Certificate (EC)
    2. Measurement in FMB sketch is not matching with Registration document (Pathiram) and Patta is not available, In this case What will the Government Surveyor refer it to measure land area
    3. Land is available in the name of my late Grandfather (Only Pathiram available, No patta), and Partition deed is also not done, Now the neighbouring land owner is trying to occupy my land, Please advise me for this situation, What can I do? Can I request government surveyor to survey my land while the document is in my Grandfather name (Who is no more) and have Death certificate but no legal heirs certificate-- please advise sir

    Sir, my mother aged 77 years has done the steps till conveyance deed. We bought a stamp paper of 4% of consideration amount for conveyance deed. Do I need to buy another stamp paper for registration or just the registration fee which is 1% of consideration amount and pasting charges of Rs 100/- is needed? Please Sir, Please help. DDA officials are not giving any answer.

    GOOD MORNING SIR
    CAN I PURCHASE A PROPERTY THAT WAS HAVING ONLY CONVEYANCE DEED DOCUMENT IN WHICH GOVERNMENT IS THE GRANTOR OF THE PROPERTY.
    IF YES
    1 AFTER HOW MANY YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE CONVEYANCE DEED IS EXECUTED, I CAN PURCHASE IT?
    2. CAN THE BUYER PURCHASE THE PROPERTY THROUGH SALE DEED i.e. by regular process of refistration
    3. If yes, who has to execute the sale deed on occassion that the actual grantee on whose name the govt executed conveyance deed is expired?
    4. WILL THE BANKS GIVE LOANS FOR HOUSE CONSTRUCTION IN SUCH PROPERTIES.
