Land is available in the name of my late Grandfather (Only Pathiram available, No patta), and Partition deed is also not done, Now the neighbouring land owner is trying to occupy my land, Please advise me for this situation, What can I do? Do I need to buy another stamp paper for registration or just the registration fee which is 1% of consideration amount and pasting charges of Rs 100/- is needed? Please Sir, Please help. That is the difference between Conveyance Deed and Sale Deed
Yes conveyance deed and sale deed are different. Hope the video clearly explains the difference.
