      I am a 70 years old senior citizen.I have purchased 6 decimals of land in the year 1990 by Rs.45,000.Now I want sell the plot for typical financial crisis. The customer will pay me hardly 5 lakhs.But the circle rate of the plot is now 25 lakhs. Nobody wants to pay more than 5 lakhs for that plot. I am agreed to sale for Rs.5 lakhs. But if I sell it at 5 lakhs, the full amount I will have to pay as capital gain tax. So I have decided to transfer the property through a long term lease agreement or by a mortgage deed with the buyer for Rs.5 lakhs bank transfer. Will it attract any income tax liability from my side? Please give your kind suggestion.

    Registered will ho aur proper drafted ho toh koi challenge bhi karega toh false pleading leni paddgi ,woh ek risk hai aur agar 340 crpc ki application move karo toh challenge karne waala jail jaayega.

    ये भारत है यहा हाई कोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट governer चाहे ये आदेश कुछ भी करे लेकिन कर्मचारी और उस चिज क बारे मे या तो जानते ही नही या पैसे खाने क लिये फ़्री की चिज कौ 5000 या इससे अधिक का बना देते।ये उपर की मिली भगत का ही जाने अनजाने हिस्सा है।

    Relinqeshment deed 200 k stamp paper pe hoti hai aur 100 rs likhne ka lete hai... Zyada se zyada 400 rs mei hota hai

    A huf property is written in the Letter of desire to one of the sons of a father.
    Another son has been taking care of the same from the time of the death of the father.
    The son who is getting the property refuses to accept the same.
    The son who is looking after the property, how long should he be taking care of the property.
    And if the son who is taking care of the property, stops paying the property tax and water expenses, what would be the consequences?
    The property is an office in a commercial building in Chennai?

    Wrong information - Gift deed DOES NOT have less stamp duty. In Delhi Sale deed and Gift deed have SAME stamp duty

      In UP within family gift deed charges are Rs 5000/ only.in other different state less stamps duty rates are changed.

      Stamp duty law differs from state to state.. In Rajasthan Gift Deed costs less than Sale Deed.. even gift level decides the stamp duty.. same gift from father to son vis-a-vis gift from gift from grandfather to grandson will have different stamp duties..

      As per my knowledge, u can challenge it on d ground that mother has been coerced,influenced by others to sign it. But u will have to prove such coercion and influence.

    Power of attorney out side blood is valid only for 1 year in MP. POWER OF ATTORNEY becomes null the moment the excutor dies. Power never transfers any title and the attorney can never recieve any sale consideration. Plz give complete information

    you have not mentioned property transfer through - partition deed. where you have to pay stamp duty . In Delhi family settlement is not valid document and authorities demanding partition deed. Please guide on this.

      I think you have to pay stamp duty depending on your relation with the party to whom you want to transfer. If there is no relation then full stamp duty is payable
