You seem genuine, true to yourself and the fact that you reflect on yourself and your environment enough to make these videos, I feel like those are traits that I can relate to too. This year I'm trying to be more social and yk starting with little things like saying hello to strangers and giving advice to new kids at the gym and I really hope I can find someone that I can feel is on the same wavelengh as me.

Instead of trying to quit bad habits, focus entirely on good habits. I think that's a good idea.
Because if I focus and commit myself to good habits like learning, working out, studying etc, the bad habits will naturally dissipate.

This is the first video I’ve seen which gives a completely different analogy of a way to overcome an addiction, and to be honest, I think you’re onto something here. I will start going outside more often, I have noticed it helps to take my mind off of the addiction and focus on the world around me

Our brains were DESIGNED to be outside. Lots of self-improvement can occur strictly by scheduling time to go outside and allowing your brain to be creative.
Don’t think you’re creative? Go outside and sit for an hour. You’ll be amazing.
Bonus points if it’s in nature somewhere with no distractions.

Guys trust this I walk everyday/almost everyday (I allow myself to skip 2 days, thanks cajun academy) and and I feel happier. But I’m still that guy who goes on character ai and doesn’t sleep the entire night…but implementing good habits has slowly taken me away from that. Good overpowers bad ❤
This actually changed my view on solving porblems instead of trying to focus on the problem it self focus on the environment you're in and your health. And if it doesn't solve the problem you were focusing on you still got into better environment and learned something about your health.
*I totally agree with his depressed ppl part , when during covid we all were forced to be at homier was pretty nice for an year but fr the next cons yr everything felt like suffocating in a box called home 🤧 and I went into anxiety and started having panic attacks then when I started socialising again started going out started doing exercise yoga daily I felt like I was part of this nature itself this connnection made me live again* 🙈

Based from what I know, worrying is an adaptation that the brain acquired sometime ago, to aid us survive in one way or another. With this information, I believe that worrying is a natural part of the brain and so are other emotions. However, based on stoicism, how we react to these emotions is what matters. Whether we let anxiety take control of your life or let it be a motivation is up to you. But that's just my theory, a me theory, aaaaand cut.

I just randomly, recently found your channel, and yes you are right, i have been doing it since a year, have explored almost every part around my 3km radius, and nowadays at minimum going out to parks 3-4days a week(Not for Work, School or Anything), Enjoying Rains too, Here in India we are mich socialised many little children, oldagers and midagers walking, playing having fun, get out of those regular cuboids pals🙌

I did go out today at a nearby park. I love the swing there and wanted to go there at least every sunday but was delaying it for a long time but finally after watching your video last night I went there today. the easiest CT WD strat is to go on vacation with people or family that you love or are dear friends with, maybe even visit your nieces or come on a trip with that friend that already has 3 annoying little children. you will feel like a psycho the first 48h but just being in a different location, with a positive enviroment, vacation, no critical external stressors, no chance to bring DoC to that place - that first 72h will pass in no time and you won't even notice how you sobered up. the hard part is keeping that positive rat park up once you get home.

This past 7 months waking up so early going to work. I've realized that the nature on my way really helps a lot. Those rice fields with beautiful skies few distance where I lived and the one around the city with a statue of our national hero. It was cool because it was facing the sunrise. If you think deep about it, it's like saying always look forward to tomorrow. I mean, there's always a bright side. Something like that. It motivates me to walk for 5 minutes without feeling bored or exhausted. I don't know. I just appreciate that plaza(square) around the city. Nice trees when flowers bloom.

When you talked about when it was raining and you went outside anyways, I completely agree with that choice. Everyday I wake up to run a little bit to increase stamina and to warm up for my work out. And when it rains, it feels nice, really nice in fact. Totally recommend guys. Unless it's an actual really heavy thunderstorm that can cause a threat, then maybe no.

I smoke pot every day for medical issues as a student who works and does schooling online and a non existent social life. A few months ago I got a lizard and had to stop smoking in my bedroom, so I've been forced to at the very least sit outside whenever I want to smoke. It's insane how much difference just partaking in a different place makes. I used to only leave my house (not even opening the door) once a week at the most. Now I'm outside twice a day or more if I sit outside to read, and I actually want to be outside of my room, I'm not spending all day partaking in my bad habits, I'm actually being productive.
Touching grass makes so much of a difference, I'm eternally grateful for my lizard for forcing me to get my shit together.
I had no idea how many storms I missed, how many stunning days, how many wild animals live under my shed, the plants in my garden, the bugs eating them, I missed it all, and I'm so excited to learn everything else I'm missing.
