    knife 칼
    bowls 그릇
    strainer 체반
    plate 접시

    small dried anchovy 잔멸치
    medium dried anchovies 중멸치
    nuts 견과류
    cooking oil 식용유
    ground garlic 간마늘
    soy sauce 간장
    sugar 설탕
    cooking wine(mirim) 맛술
    syrup 물엿
    Korean red chili paste 고추장
    ginger powder 생강즙 또는 가루
    sesame oil 참기름

      Keep it in the refrigerator, it's ok for a month.

    Are these the dried and salted anchovies or non-salted? I have salted ones and wanted to know if I should do anything different to them.

      This is dried anchovies. Because it comes from the sea, it has a natural salty taste.

    Don't we have to remove the head and the guts of the medium sized anchovies?

      Only large anchovies for broth remove the intestines. Do not remove the head.The head also tastes good.
